Katrina Folsom was born and raised in Kennesaw, Georgia. She went to a small Christian school in high school and graduated from Kennesaw State University in May 2009. There she received a Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Education. Throughout her college career she was able to travel to Europe two times to learn about other cultures especially Italian and Spanish. Katrina married Glenn Folsom Jr. in June 2009 and moved to Lakeland. She is currently working towards her Master’s Degree at Ball State University.  She loves working the children and feels that God has called her into this path. She believes that every child can and will learn with the right environment and strategies.
